How We Work

Our goal is to help women who feel tired and burned out feel GREAT again. 

We use a well-rounded approach that includes functional lab testing, lifestyle consulting, personalized nutrition, supplementation, classroom education, Elemental Breathwork and stress reduction with the revolutionary BrainTap, HeartMath and infrared sauna.

Every patient we work with receives customized care, extensive support, and above all, the opportunity to be heard by a team who truly listens and wants to understand what you’re experiencing. 


Where We Start

Working with Sastun Direct starts with a free 15-minute phone consultation to get to know each other. The next step is a 90-minute initial consultation. 

During your initial consult, we’ll…

Dive deeply into your health history and concerns, so we can understand the problems you’re experiencing as fully as possible. 

Determine what testing modalities are needed for in-depth analyses of exactly what’s going on with your body and your health. 

Discuss costs and determine if we are a good fit to work together

• Introduce you to a concierge who will coordinate your testing and care if you opt to work with us.

In-Depth Testing And Results Review

Patients who decide to move forward with our care receive testing kits and extensive educational material from their concierge. Once test results are in, they are reviewed by Dr. Tramp, and you’ll receive a review of findings video to help you understand the root causes of your condition.

After you’ve reviewed your video, we’ll meet to discuss your findings, answer any questions you may have, and get to work on the first parts of your customized care plan.

Customized Plan of Care

Your customized care plan will reflect your unique needs as well as your preferences. 

We offer Individual or monthly group appointments with a health coach throughout your care. All appointments can be in-office or through Zoom.

Extensive Ongoing Support

You will continue to meet with your provider individually at various times throughout your program to talk about your progress, address any concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to your care program. 

You will meet with your provider again at the end of your program. Full access to your team is available via our care patient portal.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental healthcare will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
